Products

Many of our items are handmade, and slight variations in color, size, and finish are normal and make each piece unique. We also carry a curated selection of ready-made items. Each product listing describes what you are getting.

Personalized and made-to-order items

Many of our pieces are personalized or made to order. Please double-check the spelling of names, dates, and messages you provide in the order notes at checkout. We create each piece exactly as written and cannot fix errors after production begins. Allow 4 to 8 business days for made-to-order items.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices may change without notice, but the price at the time you order is the price you pay.

Returns

Custom orders

Have an idea? Custom orders are always welcome and encouraged. Message us before ordering so we can confirm details, pricing, and timing.

Cancellations

Made-to-order and personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has started. For anything else, message us as soon as possible and we will do our best.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
