Returns

Personalized and custom items are final sale. They are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-personalized items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Message us with your order number to start a return. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

If your item arrives damaged or something is wrong with your order, send a photo right away and we will make it right.
