How long will my order take?
Many of our pieces are personalized and made to order just for you, so please allow 4 to 8 business days for production. Once it's ready, it ships out or is ready for pickup in Petawawa, and we'll message you.
How much is shipping?
We ship anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. Standard shipping is a $12.00 flat rate, and orders of $75 or more ship free. Local pickup in Petawawa, Ontario is always free.
How do I add my personalization?
Just fill in the text box on the product page with the name, date, or message you'd like. Please double-check your spelling, since each piece is created exactly as written. If your item needs a photo or file, email it to crazy.crafty.chick.can@gmail.com with your order number.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized and custom items are made just for you, so they're final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Non-personalized items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or something isn't right, send us a photo right away and we'll make it right.
Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely! Custom orders are always welcome and encouraged. Send us a message with your idea before ordering so we can confirm the details, pricing, and timing.
I need something by a certain date. Can you rush my order?
Maybe! Send us a message with what you need and when you need it, and we'll do our best to make it happen.
